Chip survival with latch-up protection:

Our electronic board is equipped with a specially designed latch-up protector circuit. This circuit measures the current consumption on all power lines. If a latch-up occurs it will detect the increased current and switch of all power lines immediately. A short time later the power is switched on again and the board returns to its normal function after downloading the software.
